As the 4th China Virtual Reality Competition was finalized on October 17, a team from DIT won the first prize for their work named Gestures Control Future. The team members are Lin Xiaohui, Cao Bin, Wu Shenghong, Zhao Mengyu and their instructors are Mr. Huang Yikun and Mr. Zhang Jie.

The competition was jointly hosted by three national-level institutes, namely China Computer Society, China Society of Image and Graphics, and China Simulation Society. For its cooperation with IEEE Computer Society, excellent works will be recommended to IEEE Digital Library and submitted to several literature search engines.
